Aftermarket Products
Aerator Solutions replacement parts  are available for all EcoJet™ products.  Aerator Solutions can also supply replacement parts for Siemens Aqua-Lator™, Aqua-Aerobics Aqua-Jet™, Ashbrook,  and Aerators, Inc.  Stocked parts are shipped the same day if orderred by 10:00 AM CST.


Preventative Maintenance
Aerator Solutions wants all your EcoJet™ equipment operating efficiently to eliminate unexpected down time. We offer a program where you can have one of our technicians visit your facility and determine if your units are operating, moored, and placed correctly in your basins. We can also provide detailed classroom instructions on the Operation & Maintenance Manual, lubrication of the EcoJets™ and offer cost saving techniques for all your equipment.


Rental and Lease Options
Is your company under budget restrictions, but needs the equipment now. Check out our Aerator Solutions Lease plans where you can get the equipment now, but pay for it over time.
When you have an emergency and just need some additional aeration quickly, you can check out our Rental Programs. Rent for whatever time you need to get your onsite problems resolved. Aerator Solutions will work with your environmental personnel to correctly size the units and get them to you on a timely basis.



Plant Equipment Evaluations
Keep your equipment running at its maximum efficiency. Aerator Solutions can have one of its Service Technicians visit your facility and evaluate your aerators and mixers.


EcoLast™ Motors
The EcoLast™ motors are specially designed for Aerator Solutions. These motors provide energy savings and carry a 3-year no-maintenance, and a 5-year no-lube warranty. The labor cost savings for this 5-year No-Lube motor are significant when compared to standard motors. Tell us what you have in terms of motors on site, number of hours you run the units, the kilowatt hour cost, and we will provide a calculation showing the typical savings you will get using our EcoJet™ Motors. The initial cost of the EcoLast™ Motors are offset by the savings in a short period of time.


Better than New™ Equipment
Send us your old discharge cone or motor base from any competitors aerator or mixer. Aerator Solutions will recondition that component, and add a new motor, shaft parts, and propeller to make a Better than New™ motor module. The motor module is then dynamically balanced to ensure long life of the unit. Aerator Solutions will provide a new float, intake cone, or anti-erosion assembly if needed. This typically results in a cost savings of 10-20% depending of the size of the unit.


EcoFurbished™ Equipment
Aerator Solutions offers EcoFurbished™ aerators and mixers which have been previously used as rentals or other applications. These units can save up to 35% over new equipment, but still carries a 1 year mechanical warranty. Our EcoRefurbished™ aerators and mixers have been re-built to our strict standards and immediately available for shipment based on current inventory.
