Aerator Solutions is your exclusive North American distributor of reliable, high quality SCM submersible aerator/mixers. Radial submersible aerator / mixers represent a very flexible aeration option to be utilized in municipal and industrial wastewater.
Type SC and SCL aerator/mixers are characterized by extended expulsion channels. These radials are removable, and they are engineered to increase contact time and area of influence.
Thanks to their solid structure, the submersible aerators SC and SCL can easily be installed and maintained with no need to empty the tanks or shut off plant power. Homogenization and equalization, biological oxidation, sludge stabilization and flotation of grease are some of the processes in which the radial aerator / mixers series SC and SCL can be employed.

Type SCLK aerators/mixers are particularly suitable for deep tanks requiring high oxygen requirements; they are equipped with a submersible gearmotor and a slowrotation impeller.
SCLK aerators are fed by a blower and feature a unique double speed motor that allows proper mixing without using air.
The system maintains the correct oxygen level and suitable energy consumption by balancing the air flow and the impeller rotation speed on any individual aerator in the basin, by using inverters.
MX SERIES

Aerator Solutions is your exclusive North American distributor of reliable, high quality SCM submersible mixers. Submersible mixers represent a very flexible aeration option to be utilized in municipal and industrial wastewater.
Type MX-GI mixers are ideally designed for mixing and homogenization of liquids. The MX-GI mixers feature different rotation speeds, propellers with self-cleaning profiles and two or three blades. Outside components are constructed of cast iron. MX-GI mixers are suitable for a wide range of applications, achieving hydraulic efficiencies.
Special lifting equipment, consisting of a manual winch and a mixer orientation device, is available upon request.
Type MX-GIR mixers are designed for mixing sewage with a high content of solids and grit. The slow-speed mixers in the MX-GIR series are often applied in municipal wastewater treatment plants with excellent results.
For example, when the purpose, is to keep solids in suspension, it is advisable to utilize mixers having larger impeller diameter and low rotational speeds.
The mixer orientation system, supplied with the lifting equipment, allows the flow to be directed to avoid formation of dead zones inside the tank.
